I took these photos last month when I visited #Yangon (formerly Rangoon), the former capital of Burma (now known as Myanmar). At the center of this city is the centuries-old Sule Pagoda.

It was a great experience except that the administration of the pagoda charges US$3 for every non-Burmese visitor. It's absurd paying for your entrance to a religious edifice. It's like being charged when entering a church. Well...
